EMS Shipping Rate and Delivery Time
Japan Pro Fishing charges actual shipping cost. Please
click here for your EMS Rate. Delivery takes 3 to 8 days for most countries. However there may be delays due to your customs inspection.
To find out your EMS shipping cost
1) Please add item(s) in a shopping cart.
2) In shopping cart page, you will see "Estimate Shipping and Tax"
Please select your country from a drop down menu.
3) After selected your country, please click on "Get a Quote" button. Your shipping cost will be appeared on the bottom.
Shipping Insurance
For EMS sending it's required to fill out the value of contents on a packing invoice. In case your order is lost or damaged, the actual value written on the package will be covered by insurance.
EMS Tracking
EMS Shipping includes “Online Tracking Number”, so your shipment is traceable at anytime.

We will email you a shipping confirmation once dispatched. EMS Tracking number will be included in the mail. Please be sure to trace the shipment by yourself.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. - Returns & Replacements
- At it's discretion, Japan Pro Fishiing shall provide refunds for unused products purchased at The Store. This policy does not extend to sales items or custom orders.
1) Customers must contact us within 5 days for return authorization before returning an item.
2) Japan Pro Fishing reserves the right to decline a return if the customer has not received pre-authorization to return the item(s).
3) All returnable items must be returned in the same condition as received.
4) All item(s) must be unused and in the original sealed packages.
5) Wrap the item(s) for return in the same or similar packaging material as they were received.
6) Mail the item(s) such as reel or lure by insured mail (EMS postal express mail service only). Fishing rod by FedEx. Insure the item(s) for their full value (the amount on the invoice you paid for them). We are not responsible for items sent uninsured or by other delivery services. Mail the item(s) with full and proper pre-paid shipping postage.
7) All return item(s) must be shipped out from your location within 7 days after giving return authorization.
8) Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Unless we sent worng items or items were damaged during the transit.
9) Returning or Refused to accept shipment when no mistake found on our side, we are unable to refund shipping cost and 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted when we isse the refund.
10) We will issue a refund (not including shipping) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). - Payment

3) International Postal Money Order (IPMO)
For those customer prefered making payments either bank transfer or IPMO, please contact us for detail. Please do not email your credit card details by email.
We are currently shipping most of your orders by EMS (Except fishing rods). In addition to EMS, we would like to offer registered air mail to our customers.Registered air mail is recommended for ordering terminal tackle or small items such as small rubber jigs and similar items.
1) Order amount must be less than 6,000JPY excluding shipping cost.
2) Tracking Number is available but it is not traceable on internet.
3) Insurance coverage up to 6,000JPY
4) Delivery time approximately 7 to 12 days
How to order:
Please order regularly from JPF site. After completed your payment, please request us that you want to “Registered Air Mail”. We will calculate shipping cost and refund the difference.
Shipping Cost (Same cost for any country):
0g to 100g = 650JPY (e.g. we can send about 7 to 10 packs of off set worm hook)
101g to 200g = 850JPY
201g to 300g = 1,010JPY
Over 300g gross weight will be send by EMS.
Shipping Accident:
If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately. We will ask Japan postal to investigate your shipment. The investigation may take up to 30 days but we will refund the money including shipping cost in case they can not find your package.
If your order is damaged or missing part, please file a claim to your local post office. We can not handle these claim from here. Your post office will refund the money for damaged items or missing part.

Duties and Taxes
International orders are not subject to Japan taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. However, it is possible that import duties will be applied by the country of final destination. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
